Yoga Pass may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase Yoga Pass’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Yoga Pass. We may, however, share your name and email address with the Yoga Pass teachers with whom you’ve made a purchase or registered for a program, product, or service. The only reason that we share this information is so those teachers and studios are able to provide the service or product you’ve requested.

(e) Whether Information Has to Be Provided by You and Why The provision of your name and email address is required from you to enable us to create a user account for you on our platform. We do not require you to provide any personal data in order to browse the Yoga Pass website.

(f) How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept We will hold your data for as long as you remain registered on our platform as a user or affirmatively opt-in to receiving newsletters and/or marketing materials.
